BiscottiHard Almond Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 c sugar
- 2 12 c flour
- 4 eggs
- 34 cube butter softened
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 34 tsp salt
- 2 c whole almonds
Directions
- Cream together sugar and butter
- Add eggs and vanilla
- Add dry ingredients and mix until blended
- Fold in almonds
- Shape into a roll the same length as your cookie sheet
- Flatten to 12 inch thick and 3 inches wide Bake at 350 until browned
- Cut into cookies at 12 inch intervals
- Turn over and place back in oven to brown the other side
