BiscottiHard Almond Cookies

Ingredients

• 2 c sugar
• 2 12 c flour
• 4 eggs
• 34 cube butter softened
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 34 tsp salt
• 2 c whole almonds

Directions

1. Cream together sugar and butter
2. Add eggs and vanilla
3. Add dry ingredients and mix until blended
4. Fold in almonds
5. Shape into a roll the same length as your cookie sheet
6. Flatten to 12 inch thick and 3 inches wide Bake at 350 until browned
7. Cut into cookies at 12 inch intervals
8. Turn over and place back in oven to brown the other side
