Biscottis
Ingredients
- 3 c flour
- 12 lb margarine
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 c sugar
- 1 tsp anisette extract
- 4 eggs
Directions
- Mix sugar and margarine together
- Add eggs one at a time Add anisette extract and beat until smooth then add baking powder and flour one cup at a time
- Beat and scrape bowl until all is combined smoothly then roll out into 3 loaves of equal size Bake in 375 oven until golden color
- Remove and slice 1 inch diagonally and put back into 350 oven for a few moments until toasted
