Ingredients

  • 34 c evaporated milk
  • 14 c powdered sugar
  • 18 tsp salt
  • 1 c whipping cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 34 c crushed macaroon crumbs
  • maraschino cherries

Directions

  1. Soak crumbs in milk with powdered sugar and salt for 12 hour Fold whipped cream and vanilla into softened macaroons
  2. Fill paper baking cups in cupcake tins
  3. Decorate with maraschino cherry bits
  4. Freeze without stirring
