Bishop Bread
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 c whole walnuts
- 1 12 small pkg chocolate chips
- 1 12 tsp baking powder
- 1 c sugar
- 12 to 1 c chopped dates
- 34 c maraschino cherries drained
Directions
- Mix eggs and sugar
- Blend in dry ingredients then fold in nuts dates chips and cherries
- Put in greased loaf pan
- Bake at 300
- for 90 minutes
- Be sure to bake long enough
