Bisquick Cornbread

Ingredients

  • 1 12 blocks butter melted and cooled
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c milk
  • 2 c Bisquick
  • 1 c sugar
  • 12 tsp baking soda
  • 4 to 5 Tbsp cornmeal

Directions

  1. Melt butter and set aside to cool
  2. In a bowl beat eggs add milk and cooled butter
  3. In a separate bowl combine the Bisquick sugar baking soda and cornmeal
  4. Mix together the wet and dry ingredients
  5. Pour into greased 9 x 9-inch pan
  6. Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes
  7. Cool before cutting
