Bite Size Fruit Cake
Ingredients
- 14 lb red candied cherries
- 14 lb green candied cherries
- 6 slices candied pineapple cut up
- 4 oz can coconut
- 2 c pecans chopped
- 14 tsp salt
- 12 tsp vanilla
- 1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
Directions
- Mix thoroughly and drop by teaspoonful on cookie sheet Bake at325
- for 10 to 15 minutes
- This does better if let set for a couple hours in refrigerator before cooking
