Bittersweet Fudge Sauce

Ingredients
- 4 oz bittersweet chocolate
- 14 c half and half
- 2 Tbsp light corn syrup
- 14 tsp vanilla
- 1 Tbsp butter
Directions
- Over low heat in a heavy saucepan melt chocolate half and half and corn syrup
- When sauce comes to a boil remove and stir constantly until smooth
- Add vanilla and butter
- Chocolate may also be melted in microwave for 2 12 to 3 minutes on High Refrigerate unused portion
