Bittersweet Fudge Sauce

Ingredients

• 4 oz bittersweet chocolate
• 14 c half and half
• 2 Tbsp light corn syrup
• 14 tsp vanilla
• 1 Tbsp butter

Directions

1. Over low heat in a heavy saucepan melt chocolate half and half and corn syrup
2. When sauce comes to a boil remove and stir constantly until smooth
3. Add vanilla and butter
4. Chocolate may also be melted in microwave for 2 12 to 3 minutes on High Refrigerate unused portion
