Black-Eyed Pea Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 15 to 16 oz cans black-eyed peas
- 2 c cooked rice
- 1 16 oz can tomatoes drained and cut up
- 1 c grated cheese
- 12 c minced onion
- 1 Tbsp butter
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Brown beef drain
- Mix in other ingredients in the order listed
- Stir
- Pour into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan
- Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
