Black-Eyed Pea Relish

Ingredients
- 2 cans black-eyed peas drained
- 1 c chopped celery
- 1 chopped green pepper
- 1 chopped tomato
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 2 sliced green onions
- 1 4 oz jar diced pimiento drained
- 1 4 oz jar sliced mushrooms drained
- 12 tsp pepper
- 1 8 oz bottle Italian dressing
Directions
- Combine all ingredients
- Cover and chill at least 3 hours Drain and serve
- Makes 7 cups
