Black-Tie Red Beans

Ingredients
- 2 15 oz each cans dark red kidney beans undrained
- 12 c red wine
- 14 c soy sauce
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1 clove garlic chopped
- 1 tsp prepared mustard
- 1 tsp prepared sour cream
- 1 tsp chopped chives
Directions
- Mix all ingredients except sour cream and chives and place in 1-quart crock or casserole
- Bake covered at 325 for 1 hour if too juicy uncover and cook 12 hour longer
- Serve with side dishes of sour cream and chives for topping
