Black Bean And Salsa Salad
Ingredients
- 1 12 oz can sweet corn drained
- 1 15 oz can black beans rinsed and drained
- 1 12 c chopped celery
- 12 c chopped green onion
- 14 c chopped cilantro
- 1 14 oz can stew ready cut salsa
- 14 c Vintage lite red wine vinegar dressing
Directions
- In a large bowl combine first 5 ingredients mix well
- Blend the salsa with red vinegar dressing
- pour over salad and toss well
- Cover and chill
- Serves 8
