Black Bean Chili In 20 Minutes

Ingredients
- 2 15 or 16 oz cans black beans drained
- 1 14 12 oz can tomatoes chopped
- 2 Tbsp olive oil or white wine
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 green pepper chopped in large pieces
- 2 large garlic cloves minced
- 2 Tbsp ground cumin
- 2 Tbsp chili powder
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
Directions
- Saute onion in oil or wine
- Add green pepper garlic and cumin
- Stir in chili powder and saute
- Add beans and tomatoes Stir in brown sugar
- Cover simmer on low heat for 10 minutes Serve over couscous or brown rice
- Top with cheese over a baked potato
- Can be used as a dip with tortilla chips
