Black Bean Dip
Ingredients
- 4 oz rinsed drained can black beans
- 1 small garlic clove chopped
- 1 c prepared thick and chunky mild salsa
Directions
- Combine beans and garlic in food processor using on-off motion until smooth do not puree
- Transfer to bowl and stir in salsa
- Serve with vegetable crudites or toasted tortilla pieces Makes 4 servings about 12 cup each
