Black Bean Dip

Ingredients

  • 4 oz rinsed drained can black beans
  • 1 small garlic clove chopped
  • 1 c prepared thick and chunky mild salsa

Directions

  1. Combine beans and garlic in food processor using on-off motion until smooth do not puree
  2. Transfer to bowl and stir in salsa
  3. Serve with vegetable crudites or toasted tortilla pieces Makes 4 servings about 12 cup each
