Black Bean Spirals

Ingredients
- 4 oz Philadelphia brand cream cheese softened
- 12 c 2 oz Kraft shredded Monterey Jack cheese with jalapeno peppers
- 14 c sour cream
- 14 tsp onion salt
- 1 c canned black beans rinsed and drained
- 3 10-inch flour tortillas
Directions
- Beat cheeses sour cream and onion salt in small mixing bowl at medium speed with electric mixer until well blended
- Place beans in food processor or blender container process until smooth
- Spread thin layer of beans onto each tortilla spread cheese mixture over beans
- Roll tortillas up tightly
- Chill 30 minutes
- Cut into 12-inch slices
- Serve with salsa
- Makes 12 servings
