Black Bean Tortilla Pinwheels

Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
  • 1 c sour cream
  • 1 c Monterey Jack cheese
  • 14 c chopped drained pimento green olives or black olives
  • 14 c chopped red onion
  • 12 tsp seasoned salt
  • 18 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 15 oz can black beans drained
  • 5 10-inch flour tortillas
  • salsa

Directions

  1. Beat cream cheese and sour cream in bowl until blended
  2. Stir in Monterey Jack cheese olives onion salt and garlic powder Cover and refrigerate 2 hours
  3. Place beans in food processor or blender process until smooth
  4. Spread each tortilla with a thin layer of beans
  5. Spread thin layer of cream cheese mixture over beans
  6. Roll up tortillas lightly
  7. Wrap in plastic wrap Refrigerate until chilled
  8. Cut 34-inch slices and serve with salsa
