Black Bean Tortilla Pinwheels
Ingredients
- 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
- 1 c sour cream
- 1 c Monterey Jack cheese
- 14 c chopped drained pimento green olives or black olives
- 14 c chopped red onion
- 12 tsp seasoned salt
- 18 tsp garlic powder
- 1 15 oz can black beans drained
- 5 10-inch flour tortillas
- salsa
Directions
- Beat cream cheese and sour cream in bowl until blended
- Stir in Monterey Jack cheese olives onion salt and garlic powder Cover and refrigerate 2 hours
- Place beans in food processor or blender process until smooth
- Spread each tortilla with a thin layer of beans
- Spread thin layer of cream cheese mixture over beans
- Roll up tortillas lightly
- Wrap in plastic wrap Refrigerate until chilled
- Cut 34-inch slices and serve with salsa
