Black Bottom Cupcakes
Ingredients
- 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese softened
- 1 egg
- 13 c sugar
- 18 tsp salt
- 1 6 oz pkg semi-sweet chocolate tidbits
- 1 12 c flour
- 1 c sugar
- 14 c cocoa
- 1 tsp soda
- 12 tsp salt
- 1 c water
- 13 c oil
- 1 Tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- granulated sugar
Directions
- Mix together cream cheese egg 13 cup sugar and 18 teaspoon salt beat well
- Stir in chocolate tidbits set aside
- Sift flour 12 cup sugar cocoa soda and 12 teaspoon salt into mixing bowl
- Add water oil vinegar and vanilla beat well Fill baking cups 13 full of chocolate batter
- Top each with a heaping teaspoonful of cream cheese mixture
- Sprinkle with granulated sugar
- Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes
