Black Bottom Pie

Ingredients
- 1 pkg 18 oz refrigerated ready to bake brownies
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 13 c sugar
- 1 tsp peppermint extract
- 3 drops green food coloring
- 8 oz frozen whipped topping thawed
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Evenly cover the bottom and sides of a 9 inch deep dish pie plate with the ready to bake brownies forming a crust
- Bake for 20-25 minutes
- In a large bowl beat cream cheese sugar peppermint extract and green food coloring with an electric mixer until smooth
- Fold in the whipped topping then spoon into the crust
- Cover the pie and chill for at least 4 hours before serving
