Black Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

• 2 c sugar
• 1 c cocoa
• 2 c flour
• pinch of salt
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 6 Tbsp shortening or 1 stick margarine
• 2 c boiling water
• 2 tsp baking soda

Directions

1. Sift sugar cocoa flour and salt together
2. Add eggs vanilla and margarine
3. Boil 2 cups water remove from heat
4. Add 2 teaspoons baking soda
5. Bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes
