Black Forest Pie

Ingredients

• 1 9 or 10-inch baked pastry shell
• 4 1 oz bars of unsweetened baking chocolate
• 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk Not evaporated
• 1 tsp almond extract
• 1 12 cup whipping cream whipped
• 1 21 oz can cherry pie filling chilled
• toasted almonds optional

Directions

1. In saucepan over medium-low heat melt chocolate with sweetened condensed milk
2. Remove from heat
3. Stir in extract
