Black Olive Soup
Ingredients
- 3 c chicken stock
- 1 c black olives
- 1 green onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp Worcestershire
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp parsley
- 1 c cream
Directions
- Blend all ingredients except eggs and cream in blender on high speed for 1 minute
- Transfer to saucepan heat and add beaten eggs
- cook 2 to 3 minutes
- Add cream
- Serve hot or cold Serves 8 to 10
