Blackberry Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 c blackberries
  • 12 c vegetable oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 pkg white cake mix
  • 1 c sugar
  • 12 c milk
  • 1 3 oz pkg black raspberry jello
  • 12 c blackberry juice

Directions

  1. Cook berries strain
  2. Reserve 14 cup juice for icing
  3. Add water for right measure
  4. Combine all ingredients except eggs Add eggs one at a time mixing well
  5. Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan
  6. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes
  7. Cool
