Blackberry Cream Pie
Ingredients
- 1 13 c sweetened condensed milk
- 1 c cookie crumbs
- 3 Tbsp melted butter
- 14 c lemon juice
- 1 c blackberries plus 3 doz berries
Directions
- Mix milk and lemon juice
- Stir until mixture thickens fold in the 1 cup berries
- Make up the pie crust
- Roll enough lemon snaps vanilla wafers or chocolate wafers to make one cup of crumbs
- Mix well with the melted butter
- Cover the bottom of a 9 inch pie pan
- Press firmly into place and stand halves of wafers around the sides of pan
- Pour in the filling
- Top with the 3 dozen berries and sweetened whipped cream
- Chill and serve
