BlackburnS Pecan Pie

Ingredients

• 9-inch unbaked pastry crust
• 3 eggs
• 23 c sugar
• 13 c melted butter
• 1 c Blackburns waffle syrup
• 1 c pecans

Directions

1. Heat oven to 375
2. Beat eggs and remaining ingredients for filling Stir in pecans
3. Pour into pastry lined pan
4. Bake 40 to 50 minutes until filling is set
