BlancheS Pickle Ginny

Ingredients
- 4 qt green tomatoes ground
- 4 qt ripe tomatoes
- 2 large heads cabbage
- 3 large green peppers
- 4 large red peppers
- 2 bunches celery
- 6 large onions
- 12 c salt
- 4 lb brown sugar
- 1 c horseradish
- 1 Tbsp pepper
- 1 Tbsp mustard seed
- 1 qt vinegar
Directions
- Let green tomatoes stand overnight drain then peel tomatoes grind peppers celery cabbage and onions
- Add brown sugar horseradish pepper mustard seed and vinegar
- Boil 15 minutes and seal in hot jars
