Blender Hollandaise Sauce

Ingredients

  • 4 egg yolks
  • 14 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 12 c butter melted

Directions

  1. In blender or food processor combine first 3 ingredients mix until blended
  2. Remove cap and pour melted butter in slow steady stream until mixture is thoroughly mixed
  3. Keep warm over hot boiling water
