Blender Hot Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 lb can tomatoes
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 to 4 or more jalapeno peppers
- 2 tsp onion salt
- 1 large onion cut up
- 14 to 13 c vinegar
Directions
- Blend tomatoes garlic peppers and salt
- Add the onion and chop but not fine
- Add vinegar
- Best to start with smaller amount of peppers and add to taste
- Pour all in saucepan and simmer 15 minutes
- Pour in sterile jars and seal
- Give boiling water bath for 5 minutes
- Refrigerate after opening
