Bleu Cheese Roll-Ups

Ingredients

• 1 lb beef or pork ground
• 34 c bread crumbs
• 1 egg
• 23 c Bleu cheese crumbled
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 pkg bacon

Directions

1. Mix

4. together
5. Make into 1-inch meat balls Cut
6. bacon
7. slices
8. in half and wrap each slice around meat ball
9. Hold
10. together with toothpick
11. Bake in 400 oven for 30 minutes or until bacon is crisp
12. Remove toothpick and serve hot
