Blintz Casserole
Ingredients
- 6 frozen blintzes cheese or 12 cheese 12 fruit
- 12 pt sour cream or substitute
- 3 Tbsp orange juice
- 4 Tbsp sugar
- 12 tsp vanilla
- 6 12 tsp margarine plus more for pan
Directions
- Grease a casserole with 1 to 1 12-inch sides with margarine Place blintzes folded side in dish
- Top each blintz with 12 teaspoon margarine
- Beat remaining ingredients until well mixed and pour over blintzes
- Bake in preheated 350 oven until set and beginning to brown
- Serves 3 to 4
