Blossom Time Cake
Ingredients
- 1 1 oz sq unsweetened chocolate
- 14 tsp soda
- 3 34 c sifted cake flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 5 tsp baking powder
- 2 12 c sugar divided
- 34 c shortening
- 1 23 c milk divided
- 1 12 tsp almond extract
- 34 c egg whites about 6 eggs
- 18 tsp red food coloring
Directions
- Melt then cool the chocolate
- Blend in the soda set aside while you make cake
