Blue Cheese Dressing

Ingredients

• 1 clove garlic
• 12 tsp salt
• 1 c 4 oz Blue cheese crumbled
• 23 c mayonnaise
• 2 Tbsp lemon juice
• 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 12 tsp dry mustard
• 14 tsp paprika
• 14 tsp pepper

Directions

1. Crush garlic with salt in small bowl
2. Add crumbled cheese mayonnaise lemon juice Worcestershire sauce mustard paprika and pepper stir until ingredients are well blended and dressing is smooth and creamy
3. Chill
4. Refrigerate in tightly covered container
5. Makes 1 12 cups dressing
