Blue Cheese Stuffed Eggs

Ingredients
- 12 large hard-cooked eggs
- 12 c crumbled Blue cheese
- 12 c sour cream
- 1 Tbsp white vinegar
- 14 tsp salt
Directions
- Slice eggs in half lengthwise and carefully remove yolks Position knife blade in food processor bowl
- Add yolks Blue cheese and remaining ingredients
- Process until smooth stopping once to scrape down sides
- Spoon or pipe into egg whites
