Blue Owl Restaurants Chicken Salad Pie

Ingredients
- 1 unbaked deep dish pie crust
- 3 C cooked chicken
- 2 C celery sliced thin
- 12 C slivered almonds
- 12 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 C shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can sliced chestnuts
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except the cheese
- Place in pie crust
- Bake at 375 degrees for about 30 minutes
- Top with cheddar cheese and bake an additional 10 - 15 minutes
