Blueberry-Lemon Muffins

Ingredients
- 1 34 c regular flour
- 14 c sugar
- 2 12 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg well beaten
- 34 c half and half
- 13 c cooking oil
- 1 c blueberries
- 1 lemon
Directions
- Stir together flour sugar baking powder and 34 teaspoon salt
- Combine egg milk and oil
- Add all at once to flour mixture
- Stir until moistened
- Fold in blueberries which have been mixed with 2 tablespoons sugar the peel of 1 lemon and the juice of that lemon
