Blueberry Angel Dessert

Ingredients
- 6 egg whites
- 34 tsp cream of tartar
- 2 c sugar
- 2 c saltines crumbled
- 1 c finely chopped nuts
- 2 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Beat egg whites and tartar until frothy
- Add sugar and beat on high until it stiffens
- Add or stir in crackers nuts and flavoring
- Spread in cookie sheets and bake at 350 for 25 minutes
- Let cool completely
- Spread with large Cool Whip
- Make a cradle inside and spread with 1 can blueberry pie filling Chill 4 hours or overnight
