Blueberry Buckle
Ingredients
- 34 c sugar
- 14 c 12 stick butter
- 4 eggs
- 12 c milk
- 2 c sifted flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 12 tsp salt
- 2 c fresh blueberries
Directions
- Mix thoroughly the sugar butter and eggs
- Stir in milk Sift together flour baking powder and salt
- Add to the batter stirring well
- Toss the fresh blueberries in a little flour then add them to the batter
- Pour into greased and floured pan
