Blueberry Cake

Ingredients

• 2 c blueberries
• 2 14 c sifted flour
• 1 12 tsp baking powder
• 34 tsp salt
• 1 12 c sugar
• 34 c butter
• 3 eggs separated
• 12 cmilk
• 1 12 tsp vanilla

Directions

1. First combine butter sugar and beaten egg yolks in a bowl then beat the egg whites in another bowl
2. Add the remaining ingredients together and mix with the butter sugar and beaten egg yolks
3. Then fold in the egg whites
4. Put in a 9 x 13-inch cake pan and sprinkle sugar on top
5. Bake at 350 for 35 to 45 minutes
