Blueberry Cake

Ingredients

• 2 eggs separated
• 12 c Crisco
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 12 c sifted flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 c sugar
• 14 tsp salt
• 13 c milk
• 1 12 c blueberries

Directions

1. Beat egg whites
2. Add 14 cup sugar
3. Cream shortening and add salt and vanilla
4. Add rest of sugar then egg yolks
5. Beat
6. Sift flour and baking powder
7. Add to creamed mixture and 13 cup milk Fold in egg whites and blueberries dusted with flour
8. Sprinkle sugar over batter in 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan
9. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes
