Blueberry Coffee Cake
Ingredients
- 12 lb butter or margarine 2 sticks
- 2 eggs well beaten
- 34 c sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 c sifted cake flour
- 14 tsp baking soda
- 12 can blueberry pie filling
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375
- Grease 9 x 9-inch pan
- Cream together sugar and butter until light and fluffy
- Add eggs and blend well Stir in the rest of the ingredients except the blueberries Spread half the dough in the pan
- Spoon the pie filling on the top spread the other half of dough over the pie filling
- Bake about 40 minutes or until cake tests done
