Blueberry Cream Cheese Pie

Ingredients
- 1 pastry shell cooled
- 12 c powdered sugar
- 4 oz Philadelphia cream cheese
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 c whipping cream
- 1 can blueberry pie mix
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- whipped cream topping optional
Directions
- Mix powdered sugar cream cheese and vanilla until well blended
- Whip whipping
- cream
- and
- fold
- into
- cream
- cheese mixture
- Turn into
- pie shell
- Refrigerate at least 3 hours Mix blueberry pie
- mixwith
- lemon
- juice and spread over the top Add whipped cream if desired
