Blueberry Cream Cheese Pie

Ingredients

• 1 pastry shell cooled
• 12 c powdered sugar
• 4 oz Philadelphia cream cheese
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 c whipping cream
• 1 can blueberry pie mix
• 2 Tbsp lemon juice
• whipped cream topping optional

Directions

1. Mix powdered sugar cream cheese and vanilla until well blended
2. Whip whipping
3. cream
4. and
5. fold
6. into
7. cream
8. cheese mixture
9. Turn into
10. pie shell
11. Refrigerate at least 3 hours Mix blueberry pie
12. mixwith
13. lemon
14. juice and spread over the top Add whipped cream if desired
