Blueberry Cream Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 c sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 34 c sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 14 tsp salt
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 2 12 c fresh blueberries
  • 1 unbaked pie shell
  • 3 Tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 12 Tbsp butter
  • 3 Tbsp pecans or walnuts chopped

Directions

  1. Combine sour cream 2 tablespoons flour sugar vanilla salt and egg
  2. Beat 5 minutes at medium speed of electric mixer fold in blueberries
  3. Pour into pie shell
  4. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes
  5. Remove from oven
  6. Combine remaining flour butter and nuts
  7. Sprinkle over top of pie and bake an additional 10 minutes Chill before serving
