Blueberry Cream Salad

Ingredients

• 1 large pkg lemon Jell-O
• 2 cans blueberry pie filling
• 4 tsp lemon juice
• 2 Tbsp sugar
• 2 c boiling water
• 1 c sour cream

Directions

1. Dissolve Jell-O in water allow to cool
2. Stir in pie filling and lemon juice
3. Chill until partly set
4. Spoon half of Jell-O mixture into 9 x 13-inch pan
5. Combine sour cream and sugar spread over Jell-O mixture
6. Top with remaining Jell-O mixture Chill before serving
