Blueberry Cupcakes

Ingredients
- 12 c shortening
- 1 c sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 56 c milk
- 2 c flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 12 tsp salt
- 1 13 c blueberries
Directions
- Cream the shortening and sugar
- Beat in eggs
- Sift together flour baking powder and salt
- Add alternately with milk and mix well
- Add vanilla and berries
- Sprinkle sugar on top of cupcakes
- Bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes
