Blueberry Dessert
Ingredients
- 11 graham crackers crushed
- 12 c white sugar
- 14 c melted butter
- 2 beaten eggs
- 12 tsp vanilla
- 12 c white sugar
- 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
- 1 can blueberry pie filling
Directions
- Mix cracker crumbs 12 cup sugar and butter
- Pour into a 9 x 9-inch pan
- Beat eggs 12 cup sugar vanilla and cream cheese together until smooth
- Pour over crust and bake 25 minutes at 375
- Cool
- Pour blueberry filling over the top and garnish with whipped cream rich whip
