Blueberry Dumplings

Ingredients
- 1 20 oz pkg frozen blueberries or 2 12 c fresh blueberries
- 12 c sugar
- dash of salt
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 14 c water
- 1 c sifted flour
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 14 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 12 c milk
Directions
- In saucepan bring blueberries 12 cup sugar dash of salt lemon and water to a boil
- Reduce to low heat
- Sift together dry ingredients
- Cut in butter stir in milk and drop batter by spoonfuls on berries
- Dont overlap
- Cover
- Cook 10 minutes
