Blueberry Pancakes

Ingredients
- 2 c fresh blueberries
- 3 c self-rising flour
- 3 eggs beaten
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 2 c milk
Directions
- Wash and remove stems from berries drain well set aside Sift flour and sugar together
- Combine eggs milk and oil Gradually add to dry ingredients
- Stir only until coated with batter
- Pour onto a hot lightly greased griddle
- Cook until surface is covered with bubbles
- Turn and cook until bottom is brown
