Blueberry Tarts

Ingredients
- 1 12 Tbsp cornstarch
- 3 c blueberries
- 6 baked tart shells
- 12 c sugar
- 12 c water
- 1 Tbsp butter
Directions
- Combine cornstarch sugar and water
- Add washed blueberries and butter
- Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture is thickened and clear
- Cool slightly
- Fill tart shells with blueberry mixture and top with whipped cream if desired
- Makes 6 servings
