Blueberry Tea Cake

Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 23 c sugar
- 1 12 c flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 14 tsp cinnamon
- 34 tsp salt
- 13 c milk
- 3 Tbsp butter melted
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 c blueberries
- 2 tsp sugar
Directions
- Grease 1 12-quart shallow baking dish
- Beat with wooden spoon
- Beat egg
- Beat in 23 cup sugar
- Add dry ingredients to sugar mixture alternately with milk
- Beat well
- Add butter and vanilla beat
- Fold in blueberries
- Pour batter in pan and sprinkle with sugar
- Bake 25 minutes at 400
