Blueberry Trifle With Lemon Curd

Ingredients
- 3 egg yolks
- juice of 3 lemons
- 1 c sugar
- 12 c butter diced
- 2 pkg ladyfingers
- 1 c heavy cream
- 2 pt blueberries rinsed and dried
Directions
- Combine the yolks lemon juice and sugar in the top of a double boiler
- Cook over simmering water until sugar is dissolved
- Add butter continue to simmer until mixture thickens Pour in a clean bowl
- Chill
