Ingredients

  • 3 egg yolks
  • juice of 3 lemons
  • 1 c sugar
  • 12 c butter diced
  • 2 pkg ladyfingers
  • 1 c heavy cream
  • 2 pt blueberries rinsed and dried

Directions

  1. Combine the yolks lemon juice and sugar in the top of a double boiler
  2. Cook over simmering water until sugar is dissolved
  3. Add butter continue to simmer until mixture thickens Pour in a clean bowl
  4. Chill
