BobS Cabbage Soup

Ingredients

• 1 head cabbage
• 2 lb smoked sausage
• 1 large onion
• 3 15 oz cans whole tomatoes
• 1 6 oz can tomato paste
• 1 8 oz can tomato sauce
• 2 15 oz cans whole corn
• 2 15 oz cans sweet peas
• 1 15 oz can green beans
• 1 15 oz can green limas
• 1 15 oz can sliced carrots
• salt and pepper

Directions

1. Pour juice from cans of whole tomatoes corn peas green beans lima beans and carrots into large stock pot
2. Add tomato sauce
3. Thin tomato paste in two cups water and add to pot
4. Cover and boil on medium heat for about 30 minutes or until cabbage is tender
