Bohemian Coffee Cake

Ingredients

• 1 c cooking oil
• 1 c granulated sugar
• 1 c brown sugar
• 2 eggs
• 2 12 c flour
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 12 tsp salt
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 c buttermilk
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 1 c chopped pecans

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 Combine dry ingredients sift and set aside Mix oil and sugars together beat slightly Add eggs one at a time beating slightly after each addition Add dry ingredients buttermilk and vanilla to the first mixture Stir in pecans Pour into Bundt pan which has been prepared with cooking spray Bake approximately 1 hour Do not overbeat do not overbake
