Boiled Custard

Ingredients

• 3 eggs
• 12 c sugar
• 14 tsp salt
• 2 c milk
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 12 tsp nutmeg
• butter

Directions

1. Combine eggs sugar and salt
2. Add milk vanilla and nutmeg Dot with butter
3. Pour in pan place in oven and bake 30 minutes or until set
